"Derek responded right away when I bought the Angie's List special of 4 hours of handyman work for $200.00.  He told me when he was available and we set up the time and day.  I had a lot of odd jobs that needed to be done such as: fixing the stairs on the back deck, putting up plant hangers, small painting jobs - basement windows, some stairs, etc., putting a screen in the storm door, putting away a large ladder in the garage that I could not lift, cleaning the dryer vent, fixing the lattice,  and looking at a side door threshold and explaining to me what needed to be done to repair it. After playing phone tag for a week or so, I got in contact with Cornerstone, and they promptly sent out a repairman. The fellow did the inspection as specified, and determine that the problem was a large section of missing ridge vent, which he replaced, and explained that there had been a large opening which rodents could easily have entered through. So he corroborated my other contractor's diagnosis, and completed the repair. Well worth the $150.
