"When they arrived later than scheduled (1.5 hrs late) they did a fine job. Removed existing sink/faucet & installed replacement sink/faucet. They offered to take the old unit to give to Habitat for Humanity for an upcoming project (this sink was still in good shape) which was great. Both of the guys doing the job were very friendly/efficient. However, new faucet does the same thing as the old one - the hose catches on the turn off valves under the sink - I asked about moving the turn off valves to a lower position on the pipes to avoid this - they weren't very enthusiastic about doing this-used duct tape on valves to keep hose from catching"

I almost didn't due to the rudeness of the woman that answered my initial call to the shop. I guess she was having a bad Monday at 9:00 a.m.! Don't let her chase you away if you call Hedlund! "On Friday october 11 Aspen came out to perform a check up and tune up on my furnace. I bought the 69 coupon through Angies list. it was during this check up that I found out I had a crack in my heating element and my furnace had to be shut off. A representative came out that same day and went over the options for replacements. It turns out they had a special going on and I was able to get an extremely top of the line system I which included an Amanda system with a hepa filter, humidifier, uv light and a heat pump. So both my furnace and ac unit got replaced. They came out on Tuesday while I was at work and when I got home that evening they were finishing up.they were very professional, polite and cleaned up before they left. The unit works great and I no longer have hot or cold spots, the house is now an even temperature. They also included a comfort care plan where they come out twice a year and get your furnace ready for winter and your ac ready for summer. I definitely got my money's worth

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
