"After our down spout came loose in a wind storm I called American Remodeling to have it secured. Jason, the owner, immediately made room in their schedule, really secured and strapped it tightly, and then noticing the difficulty in opening the fence gave a solution how to adjust. The rain spout is perfect (and severely tested with today's heavy rains) and my fence door has not worked so well for years. He always delivers beyond your expectations. This isn't the first time he's been that way. Several months ago had torrential downpours that came so hard it overflowed the rain gutter. I found water in the basement. Thinking it was the rain runoff from the roof, I called Jason. When he came to inspect he found the water entered through the electric meter and down into circuit panel. The caulking on the seal of the electric meter and entry point had cracked and was allowing water to enter through the meter and wires. He sealed the meter... problem gone. He takes his profession seriously and cares for your home like it was his own. If it involves insurance claims he goes to bat for customers. I can not say enough positive about Jason, American Remodeling, or the work they perform. Absolutely, perfect to deal with on projects big or small."

"The whole process was detailed and well done. This was in a new home construction and Curt took the time to make sure the vision I had was brought to life. He custom designed the medicine cabinet in the master bathroom. Had our countertops and vanities set at the height we requested. The only issue I had was some lack of communication to let me know when there were issues getting the one bathroom vanity and letting me know timing of when someone would be coming to do the installations. Other then that the we overall are pleased with the work done."

"We had a shed pad installed for our new shed. Bob really worked to make sure we understood the different types of pads we could get as well as the ground leveling process. He was the only contractor we talked to that put the pad in the ground (excavating some dirt) so that it didn't just sit on top. As an added bonus, he swiped away a patch of really thick ivy that we've been struggling with. When scheduling the pad, he did delay the installation due to weather issues, showing real concern that if we didn't delay at least a day, the installation would be less than the professional level he likes to leave with. I left for the morning to go to work and when I came home, the pad was ready for a shed.

"We are so happy with the work of WilMarc Construction- we have had them do two major home remodels for us- both times, Willie came out and listened to our ideas and what we had in mind and then gave thoughts of his own (which were always better than ours) and the results were both beautiful and reasonable. Our first project was redoing a kitchen and we had thought an extension would be best and he came up with a more economical solution to combine a couple of rooms, change windows and location of the bathroom. He always did what he said he was going to do and didn't overcharge. Our last project was just finished- installing hardwood floors and redoing two upstairs bathrooms. When we started pricing out flooring at a couple of flooring places, we realized it would be better to ask Willie his opinion and get an estimate and we ended up doing two bathrooms as well as the floors and replacing the stairs--all things that needed to be done for a reasonable cost. I would recommend asking Willie his opinion on what your plan is and your choices, he has done a lot of projects and sees the final project so with regards to durability and beauty he can offer really helpful suggestions with material."
