He had to call in a water jet truck. His price including everything was only a few hundred more than the original company charged just to find it. He was so fair in his pricing. "Mr. Do Carmo built a $30,000 paver patio for me less than three years ago. While building it I pointed out that we should add drainage but he assured me that it would not need it. Since I am not a contractor I took his word for it. Over the next two years, I reached out to him multiple times because the stones were sinking. He came by, free of charge, and re-leveled them and even added a drain pipe. After the drain pipe was added, I would go out during rain storms and see if it was working. To my surprise, it was not. After doing some research on my end I realized it was installed incorrectly so nothing was being drained. As of today, the far wall is slowly collpasing and coming apart. "August 26 called JSP out to check on my xtrol pressure water tank because it was making a clicking noise that was coming from the power switch. Came out same day said the bladder ruptured would need a new tank. I agreed because the tank was 12 years old. Installed was a flex lite tank which he said was better. I'm a senior and a widow took his word for it. I paid $2172.66. It was not itemized. He gave me a $50 discount. He told me I would get water bursts for a while coming from faucets. Well he was right, however I lost pressure in my kitchen and bathroom faucets and the toilet was rumbling when filling and flushed. I called them out to check. He did not go under the sinks to clear the lines, instead he said it must be your faucets. He quoted me a price of $1303.48 for kitchen faucet if they picked it out fully installed or $756 if I bought the faucet myself. 3 strikes your out. Didnt fix problem. Found out I was over charged for flex tank $1200 instead."
