"Mike is a great project lead. As with all failed sewer replacement, there were a number of unknowns. The final cost was three times the initial estimate but at each stage, I was fully informed of potential problems and costs. They scoped the completely deteriorated line as far as possible. The big problem with a job like this is that once the sewer is out of service, you have to press forward to completion. The crew worked over a weekend.
