We had a backed up sewer and another company came out and tried to auger it but could not fix the clog. They referred us to Roger at Henry Excavating. It took him a little bit to get out there, but he checked out the problem and then proactively went down to the MSD office to review our sewer drawings to see if MSD might be responsible for digging up the sewer (and part of the driveway). He recommended we get a camera and then go to the MSD for them to do the work.

He did all this for no cost. He was so nice and could have charged us thousands to dig up the pipes. Fast forward: the pipes they were inspecting was not where the clog was. There was another sewer line that the camera service (Flow Rite) found and cleaned out.
