"Owner showed up with a small crew and a crazy new piece of equipment. Excavated down below my foundation and to the septic tank. Came into the basement and jackhammered the floor. Removed all the old terracotta pipe inside and out. Installed all new PVC pipe all the way down to the septic tank. Put gravel down to protect the new pipe. Poured concrete in the basement to close the floor back up. Only took one day to get the new pipe in. Came back the next to close the ground and floor up. Great experience, basement no longer smell like sewage."

"I had a big mess of a sewer pipe backed up bc of a blockage in the pipe a Mike showed up as soon as I contacted him a got the job done ! Couldn’t be happier with his service he has done quite a few jobs for me an always has done more then what he had too ! So thanks again Mike you will always be my go to guy !"

"Bob was very prompt to respond to an emergency plumbing need I had with my tenant's toilet being clogged & water leaking into first floor apt. bathroom. 
 
He took care of clogged toilet by pulling toilet & snaking out stack and Tenants were able to use immediately.
 Unfortunately he found a more involved issue with the flange being broken & corroded.  He explained what would be involved in repairing this & was able to come back next morning to complete the recommended service in a matter of a couple hours.
He was also very proactive & addressed some other "nagging" plumbing issues I had been putting off. He addressed slow a draining tub in 1st floor apt. by replacing some very old cast iron piping with ABS piping. And a low water pressure issue by replacing old galvanized hot water line with new copper line. And lastly he addressed a leaky hot water tank in basement by cleaning out the valve.
I felt the cost was a bit high, but I was very pleased with the quality & comprehensiveness of his service.

   the service was on time, professional, complete, and well done. Tom was on time within 15 minutes (which is acceptable to me). He began work without wasting time, while explaining what he was doing at every step. He gave tips when appropriate. He was professional and had all necessary equipement on his person.

In addition, for an additional $100.00, Homepro will return to make sure that the seller has completed the necessary repairs prior to closing. This feature is useful if you do not trust the seller or selling agent. We did not elect this service, but, it was nice to know that it was available.

First trip, their rep sent a camera down my line, and found a serious blockage that the previous day's snaking (performed by a different company) had missed. Once the blockage had been cleared, he came back, confirmed all was well ... and then recommended AGAINST anything that would require me to pay him money. Howard Stahl showed up quickly to assess our problem, recommend a solution, and provide us with the best price. When the leak got worse, he arranged for his crew to be here the next day (despite a snow storm) to start the work. Within 24 hours his crew had our front yard dug up, new copper supply line installed, line rerouted in our basement, and water turned back on! His crew, Jamie, Craig, and Alex (just some of the guys), were very courteous and respectful of our home. I plan to call on Howard and his crew for any future plumbing work we may have!"
