"We had 2 bathrooms redone and are very happy with the final product! Our team, lead by Tate, was very professional and responded to errors and changes very graciously and promptly. The downstairs bathroom was made with a zero entry floor and I had them put a track system on the ceiling for a curtain since the space was small and I didn't want any glass. I have elderly parents and needed ease of use in the space. They stripped it down to the studs and put waterproofing on the entire floor, dropped the shower floor down to the joists and poured a custom shower pan. No curbs to trip on. In the Master, they removed my old huge jacuzzi tub, stall shower and block window, removed the wall and expanded my linen closet. Took out my old vanity and toilet and had a custom vanity built with A quartz countertop that we went and picked out at Stone. There were a few bumps here and there but the team met each challenge with a positive attitude and made sure I was satisfied with every step along the way. We are very happy with both bathrooms and will hire them again to do another bathroom in 2026."

He knew exactly what needed to be done and worked very efficiently and effectively. He ensured all the glass and debris was cleaned up. "If you want to hire a contractor that keeps your money (multiple $K) and didn’t get the job done, this is the one to hire. We hires Trent to build the sunroom. After he presented the plan and we placed a deposit of $5000 to get the job started. He had an architect come to our course drawing the blueprint but we requested changes. In the meanwhile, we have engaged Trent for other small scale projects, such as adding a wall or adding rails to our porch. We paid all the projects in full after the projects are done. However, the main project on sunroom hasn’t made any progress for over 8 months. Our request to the change of the drawing hasn’t been addressed in a concrete manner. Understanding that Trent might have busy schedule and we didn’t want to wait for any longer. We kindly requested to cancel the project, refund is $5000-minus the drawing fee. He agreed to refund in his initial text but then unresponsive for our calls and texts. However, he also didn’t move forward with our project. So, essentially we paid $5000, got a semi-finished blueprint and waited for over a year and nothing was done. His argument was this $5000 was baked into the cost of other projects but we have separate quotes for other projects from him and we’ve paid in full. After we have read other review about failing to refund $2000, it seems a consistent pattern. Please address it ASAP before we bring it to the next level!!"
