Get matched with top walk in tub installers and replacers in Prescott Valley, AZ

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"The project started a full day late, after two confirmation calls. The quality and workmanship were excellent and the project took only a day and a half, but losing that first day was a real problem for my employer, as I had to get back to work. My installer worked fast, clean and communicated well with me as the homeowner."

"Absolutely best remodel experience ever! Paul is fantastic to work with - honest, upfront, knowledgeable and just overall great to work with. I had a main bathroom I hated for years and now it's my favorite room in the house! Did a tub to tile shower conversion, half glass wall, safety bar for my mother in law, new vanity, new toilet, new light fixtures. The shower is my fave! Paul's tile guy, Cesar, did a beautiful job with a custom arched niche. Love the finished product! I plan to use Paul again for our next bathroom when we're ready to do that one too."

"We’re so happy with how our bathroom turned out! Everyone was helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Our sales rep really listened to what we wanted and helped us put together a bathroom that was perfect for us. There was never any pressure, and they had a great selection compared to other companies we looked at. The installers were friendly, respectful of our home, and did a fantastic job. After decades of living with our old bathroom, we finally have a master bathroom we love."

"I had a serious mainline backup at my home in Sedona and reached out to City Plumbing and Rooter—and I’m really glad I did. They showed up exactly at the time we scheduled, which I appreciated right away. They quickly got to work, snaking the line to clear the blockage and then doing a camera inspection to make sure everything was fully cleared and flowing properly. That extra step gave me a lot of confidence that the problem was actually fixed and not just temporarily pushed through. They were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home the entire time. Everything was explained clearly, and there were no surprises. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. If you’re dealing with a mainline backup or any plumbing issue in Sedona, I highly recommend City Plumbing and Rooter. Reliable, on time, and thorough—exactly what you want in a plumber."

"We are staying at an Air Bnb in Prescott. On Saturday the bathroom toilet became clogged and backed up into the shower in the guest bathroom. The owner contacted Ben Franklin Plumbing in Prescott. Andrew Korland plumber came at 8 pm after completing another job. He was professional, courteous and had great attention to detail. Once he assessed the problem , he contacted the owner before beginning the repair process. She approved the work.Andrew immediately began solving the problem running almost 80’ of coil to unclog the drain at the clean out site. We had a working toilet by 9pm. Andrew was calm and explained what he was doing before and during the process. He also provided his contact information afterward in case we had questions or concerns. We are impressed with Andrew’s response time and excellent work ethic."

"Lawhorn did the demolition of old tub, shower, and vanity tile for a re-model. Then did the new plumbing for the shower, tub, replaced the toilet, and upgraded water valves throughout the house. Skip, Tory, and Zack were beyond professional. Very aware and concerned that they were keeping the rest of the house as clean and dust free as possible. Very thorough in making sure everything was installed correctly and no leaks. Very personable guys. We will definitely use them as our plumbing company in the future."

"Wonderfully. Got in and got the job done in short order. Left everything clean and tidy. Great people."
