"Responsive and responsible.  We have a dialog and prioritze the work based upon safety, functionality and comfort.  Turn Key did not press for doing items we did not want done due to age of the car and cost.  On one occasion brought car into them for routine maintenance and suggested the spark plus needed changing as emissions test was due.  The plugs were not changed...and the car failed emissions.  Brought it back to Turn Key and the replaced plugs, brought the car to the testing facility, and provided a free oil change to mitigate our inconvenience. 
Recently purchased a 2008 Toyota Tundra and will likely bring it there for servicing.

"Being a reluctant recommender since circumstances vary so greatly from one site to another I can recommend SOS Insulation based on our experience and trust it would be the same for other users of this service.  The initial estimate included a good description of the needs of our 20 year old house.  Buyers inspection and other insulation companies said the same things.  Daniel and associates arrived on time as planned, completed the work as described and cleaned up appropriately following the completion of the work.  Photos taken before and after the work was done indicated that the job was competed as described.  SOS provided an apparently honest estimate and did the work as promised.

"This review is long overdue in my praise of Washington Energy Services for their customer service, pricing and workmanship ! My first interaction was in 1999 when they installed windows throughout my house. They are still in excellent condition. I might note I called them over 20 years later to inquire on how I could repair a broken slider and they sent someone right out, charging a very nominal amount to repair it. In 2020, I needed to replace my hot water tank, and the extremely knowledgeable Christy presented several options, answering my many questions. I settled on one with a booster that seemed to best fit my needs. Finally, in December 2023, I purchased a new gas furnace from WES. I had a minor issue with a fan switch and they responded quickly to rectify the situation. Within the past two months, I seemed to be having an issue with my thermostat (something they had not installed), and the manager, Greg, came out twice with his crew to explore the problem. Today they installed a new thermostat FREE OF CHARGE! Their excellent response and customer service is beyond any company I have hired. And I particularly love that they are family owned and have been around for decades. Their employees seem to be there for the long haul, which speaks highly of the owner. I refer all my friends and family and I won't go anywhere else for services that they offer. Many thanks to the staff I have interacted with over the past 25 years!"

The technician checked everything from the AC unit all the way to the furnace and he was so reassuring. I must say, it was quite nice dealing with them on the phone and in person. "My existing furnace died and we were without heat. I was not happy with my existing HVAC company so I considered 4 competitors. I had Rob of Overlake come out. He showed up on time, explained and proposed several alternative solutions, and gave me a quote a few hours later. It took me a couple of days to get quotes from others, and I ultimately decided Rob's was certainly the best. Knowing we had not heat, he was able to schedule the installation within a day of my selecting Overlake. His guys had quite a bit of sheet metal to replace in the process of installing the new furnace. They did a great job, were very punctual and professional. I am totally satisfied with all Overlake did."
