A quick trip to Lowes, where he promptly returned and in 90 minutes, the job was done. A week later and the valve is bone dry. Yay!!!"

I wasn't provided with a time for the recall and, consequently, waited around for Ward Plumbing to call me which was a waste of my day. "Albout 14 units replaced but there were some issues with cabinets that had to be repaired since the employee damaged the doors. The damaged was repaired. There was a clall back on several of the heaters but that was a function of the heater manufacturer. These items were addressed and put in working order. There was some concern that the heaters were seconds but we were assured that this was not the case. I think the job was too large and smaller jobs will be handled apropriately

When he was finished, we asked him for a price to come back and replace the trim on the front of the house. He said we didn't need to replace it, he just needed to clean, seal, and re-paint. We told him that he could schedule that at his leisure b/c we just want it completed within the next couple months. He's supposed to call and schedule that work. I guess the fact that we're getting him to come back speaks to how happy we are with him. I am definitely recommending him to family and friends!"
