They came out, found that the leak was actually coming from the bathroom located right in my hallway, and it had been leaking in the wall, which lead the water to run under the wood and accumulate in this place, and also under the washer. Which I had not noticed. They located the problem and fixed it, turns out it was coming from, my shower valve. They fixed it, and helped me get a mold remediation done ASAP. NOT ONLY WERE THEY EFFECTIVE, THEY WERE KIND, RESPECTFUL, and you couldn't even tell they had been there. They did the best they could to help me price wise, which I was so thankful for. "They were professional and friendly. It was an outdoor project with digging. They had to reschedule because of bad weather, but got the job done as soon as weather cleared, found the broken pipe easily and repaired it quickly. The other part of the job was also done efficiently. All debris was cleaned up and the site was neat and clean upon their completion. We are very happy with the results."

"We had water leaking under our bathroom wall into our living room whenever the guest shower was used.  Rick arrived on time and snaked a camera behind the bathtub to quickly diagnose the problem.  Upon further inspection the drain was misaligned during construction and Rick explained how this contributed to the problem.  He even went out and bought a special pipe to correct the alignment issue.  He also explained how to take the drain plug out and clean out any future clogs.  Rick was very polite and cleaned up after the repair was made.

"Derek responded to my calls when others wouldn't and came out punctually. Over the course of four days he worked to discover a major water leak in our system. Once he realized we had an old, decaying underground system tied in to a newer, exposed pipe system, he worked to cut off the old system by repiping. He also ran new lines to outdoor water faucets that were connected to the old underground system.
Throughout, Derek and his fellow employee were professional and responsive. Highly recommended.
