"This is the 2nd house I have had Robert install an entire AC/Heater Unit in. This last unit was a 5 ton that lasted me almost 18 years - When talking w/ Robert he wanted to ensure that the size of the existing unit was accurate prior to replacement. He came over in his off time just to double check the ceiling heights and sq. footage and confirmed that we were good to go. I appreciated that level of detail versus other companies that would just "punch in an order" and worry about it later. He will not try and sell you on things you dont want or need and was great to work with to try and save me a few bucks. I remember the first house he installed an AC/Heating unit in, he said "I live in this town and will definitely see my customers in the same grocery store and restaurants and dont want people to have anything other than a positive experience doing business with me". "Solid, reliable, expert service!!! Last April, at a time when it seemed we would not be able to get a dishwasher fixed, we called All Better Appliance. What seemed like an unrepairable condition for the dishwasher was diagnosed quickly, and parts ordered. Along with the expert diagnosis, was needed guidance that the dishwasher was worth fixing. A few days later, the part arrived, we were called, and Bruce returned. The repair was done quickly, and affordably. More recently, our clothes dryer had a serious problem. A control module malfunctioned, and nearly started an electrical fire. Again we called All Better Appliance, and asked for Bruce. They were very responsive, and had Bruce there the next day. Another fix or replace decision had to be made. With appliance availability to purchase very limited, fixing seemed to be our quickest option. The part for repair, although delayed by a day, arrived the day before we were traveling. Bruce extended his day to accommodate our repair and fixed the dryer allowing us the chance to finish packing clean clothes. Thanks to All Better Appliance and Bruce for exemplary and timely service at both times we really needed it. Highest recommendation!"

"Service representative came out on Friday, May 15th and inspected house. Emailed me an estimate early following day. Even though work was extensive, they scheduled me for Monday, May 18th to accommodate my schedule. Same representative arrived on-time Monday morning with an assistant. They performed all work and had the water back on for us by 4 PM that day. The were both courteous and professional. They wore shoe covers and kept the light carpet clean where they had to cross it. All old materials were removed by them, so no cleanup needed by us was required. Nothing bad to report. Great experience! 
The best part was that they didn't try to upsell us. Two others we talked to tried to sell us a new water heater we didn't need, and came in with much higher estimates. I recommend going with Michael's Plumbing Service!
