"This was the second major job I hired this company for. The first was the addition of a screened- in deck and patio addition in 2017. Both times they were professional, on time, and quality of work was outstanding. I will not hesitate to hire them for future projects."

"Shortly after the initial contact, Mr. Will Williamson was performing an estimate and we discussed how to best accomplish the job - which was a to paint the whole exterior of my 2-story colonial and do some minor wood siding and window repair. After approval, the Top Gun team was on site within a day, doing preparation for the next day when painting began. The Top Gun Team was staffed by seasoned professionals and the results show it. They were responsive to our needs and committed to doing a great job. We are very pleased with quality of the job and the quality of the people working for Top Gun. If we need another painting job in the Richmond area, I will call Will Williamson and the Top Gun Team."

"The team at Professional Home Services did a wonderful job replacing our old wood siding and porches with new vinyl siding and porch railings, along with wrapping our windows, and replacing gutters. The owner responded to our phone call quickly and the work started on time. He also stopped by to look over everything as the work was being done and to see if we had any questions. The quality of the work is great and it looks like a new house!"

"Exceptionally good work. Ceilings are tricky, and both the patching and painting were done on time and with little "dust" spread. Follow up work (as I said, ceilings are tricky, and sometimes minor flaws are only seen in specific daylighting) was punctual and very well done. Not the least expensive contractor; but the best we've found in 30 years in the Richmond area."

"We ultimately decided to use another contractor.  We were impressed with Jason's promptness in returning a bid to us and will definitely consider the company in the future. <br />"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Prince George, VA

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
