"I needed this work done fast to accommodate a new washer and dryer that was arriving in a few days. Mark answered the phone on the second ring, came by and looked at the project the next day and was able to starting working on it right away. "The owner had us try some things before he sent his Tec out, which was nice. He said it would be $130, plus a switch, which is what he thought the problem was, due to using a good filter. Turned out to be $260, he was able to reset the switch, so no part needed, but it was after hours. Very happy with the service."
