When first attempt to clear clog showed that clog was not in sink drain line, quickly relocated to crawl space where 1.25 inch copper sink drain line connected to the 2 inch copper drain line that connects to 6 inch cast iron drain line. Worked diligently until clog was removed and proven by sink not backing up and, after flowing hot water, by the 2 inch drain line feeling hot at the point of connection to the 6 inch cast iron pipe and by the sound of the water entering the 6 inch pipe. Checked for leaking sink p trap connections and for the 2 inch plug that was removed to access the 2 inch copper line. Cleaned up work areas."

"Keith came out the same day I called and identified the water leak under our hot water heater. He and his son came out three days later and jackhammered the slab and replaced the broken pipe. They then refilled the hole and laid new cement and replaced the hot water heater. Keith then took the extra trouble to re-route and replace the water supply lines to meet code. Now we have hot water and NO LEAK! Other than a slight change of concrete color you can't tell the repair was ever done. "So I took a lovely bath. When I drained my tub, a loud gurgling sound began to emerge from the toilet and tub, then my toilet exploded and sewage poured out and everywhere! I panicked and called my in-laws since he's a home contractor. He did his best to help but it was clear we needed plumber.
