"I had a 15 year old water heater that started leaking from the bottom. It was a small leak but it needed to be fixed. Tanner came out and ran some tests on the heater. Really nice guy, was courteous and respectful. Turns out the heater was leaking from the shell itself and needed to be replaced. He was able to drain and remove the old heater safely and install the new one in under 1 hour. Amazing job, he even explained to me what to look for in various service situations. 10/10 would recommend."

Then they snaked my tub and bathroom sink drain to clear the build up in my drains. They also sent me pictures of everything in the invoice. Overall, I had a great experience with Pipeline Plumbing. He arrived on time, 100% transparency, very reasonably priced for the quality of work and got the job done in a timely manner. "What i like about this company was the ability to communicate with the customer. They changed out the flow pump on my solar heater and stuck around to ensure system Was running properly. Watanabe and I along with his assistance which you find me say is sharp guy. Continue to troubleshoot the system and found that I had multiple problems the control valve which maintains hot water temperature throughout the house was bad and needed to be replaced. They located the right valve and we’re back out at my house the following morning to do repairs they conducted a system operational check, hot water heater back up and running to temperature. This is an outstanding company. Wife was extremely happy with their service and so was I highly recommend this company for anyone that has a hot water solar heater true professionals, thank you very much Watanabe."

"Excellent. Kyle is experienced with epoxy treatment and went right to work, with the proper tools and supplies. He explained to me the way epoxy solution is inserted into drill holes in the wood. The damaged framing members are now solidified. It took 5-1/2 hours plus $100 of materials. We appreciate that Kyle kept me informed by phone of his work schedule and, on the day of the work, his location. He worked fast, keeping the cost down. We agreed on a set fee per hour. The final cost was reasonable, considering the thoroughness of the work."
