"My CO alarm was going off so I got my family and pets out of the house. The technician was sent out within a couple of hours and we were cleared to reenter the house."

"Things went very well! He came to my home on a Sunday which was the very same day I called! Apparently, the unit just needed to be reset as the air filter, while not super dirty, was dirty enough to restrict air flow. So the furnace was not actually broken. The amazing thing is he did not charge me at all. While he did not really do a special work, he did come to my home on a Sunday. I did expect a trip charge but I feel his character was so excellent he could not justify charging me for turning my furnace off and back on again. I am incredibly thankful!"

"Comfort By Design replaced the flex ductwork throughout my home and relocated one register and the return air vent. It was definitely not an easy job as they has to work within a tight crawl space. Mike and Dustin started right at 9 AM and had the work done by 4:30 PM. They were friendly, explained the work as they went along, checked to make sure I was happy with everything, and cleaned up after they were done. Their prices are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The HVAC specialist performed a diagnostic test of the upstairs unit, and determined that the pressure switch was bad. They then charged us $265 to change the part which did not fix the problem. We were then told that the mother board was bad and this need to be changed as well. They then quoted us approx $1200 to complete the entire job. I decided at this point that I would just fix the system myself. I then ordered a new motherboard a fixed the system for just under $400 total cost including the cost of changing the pressure switch. I honest felt like the pressure switch was never the issue and that I paid the company to change a part that was never bad in the first place. This is solely my opinion and I have no way of truly telling if this part was bad or not. I'm sure the company does great work, but I felt that I was going to continue to pay them to swap parts that may or may not be bad and once everything was said and done get hit with a large bill that I could not afford.

"I called the company to schedule a service call for two outlets that weren't working. The owner quickly assessed the problem over the phone and walked me through the steps to take to get them functioning again. He stayed on the line till I confirmed that they were both functioning again and then he told me that my purchase from Angie's list would be refunded! I appreciate his helpfulness and courtesy very much. He helped me for free and I will definitely call him next time I do need some electrical work done."

"Very impressed with the service and professionalism. Jeff called me right away, and was able to get someone to my house within a few hours, on short notice. Took less than one hour to repair my service. The rates quoted were fair and reasonable and Jeff even called the next day to see if everything was ok. I've used many other companies to service my home care needs, but will keep A Superior service as my first choice in home repair."

"The plumber (who was very friendly and professional) arrived ahead of schedule. He came up and looked at the toilet and flushed it. I told him I had already plunged the toilet and used a 3 foot toilet auger to try to clear any obstruction, but that hadn't fixed the problem. He went out and got like a 12 ft toilet auger, came up and ran it down the toilet. It knocked out the obstruction, and it worked fine after that. The service went fine and was quick. The fact that the entire job only took the plumber 20 mins from start to finish and he charged me $150 flat service fee (I paid $130 after a military discount) seemed a bit excessive to me. I realize they are running a business and don't have constant work, but if the going rate for a plumber is $520 /hr then I should probably reconsider my career choices. In the future I would shop around to see if there is a more reasonable price for a simple plumbing service.
Summary: No issues at all with service, punctuality, or professionalism, however I thought the service was overpriced for the amount of time and effort required.
