The standing seem roof in particular required a fair amount of work due to a need to replace sheeting and do some chimney repair. They got it all done and it looks great. "I called Garner to see if they could do the work. They looked at the window boxes, provided recommendations that it be covered with pvc that would last a long time, not need painting and could be sealed better than aluminum. They provided a qoute, along with the stipulation that rotten wood exposed when it was uncovered would be extra to replace. Their was a lot of detailed cutting of the pvc boards to rebuild the boxes. Some of the wood underneath did need to be replaced. The work they did was fantastic. The had to work around some weather issues, but it was completed quickly and we now have the best-looking window boxes in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Garner Roofing for roof work or replacing other trim on a house. Work and professionalism are high quality. They kept in touch with us throughout."

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."
