"We found Basement Waterproofing Nationwide to be highly ethical and very knowledgeable. A little over a year ago we had BWN perform some basement waterproofing. We were delighted with the work and the options presented to us as well as the speed with which it was done. This summer during the very heavy rains, we had some water seep into the basement so we called for an evaluation. As it turned out, the rebuild contractors (which we had opted to contract with a lower price provider vs. using subs hired by BWN) never communicated to us that the newly installed sump pump required an electrician and that it was not hooked up. This house is inhabited by tenants and we are not in the same state, so it's hard to tell where the communication breakdown occurred. Basement Waterproofing Nationwide's service rep however was extremely professional and helpful in delivering this bad news. He also checked and was able to confirm that the waterproofing was still good. He made a few suggestions like letting us know that he noticed where the drywall had been replaced that the outlet plates were never reinstalled. I also had some questions about the contract and he was very helpful and had the office fax me the pertinent info that same day. Lesson learned for me was that it would probably have been better to let BWN hire the contractors for the rebuild esp when you are out of town and unable to oversee. When there are heavy rains in the area like Baltimore had in July, it might take a few days for them to process the volume of calls especially if the nature of your request is minor. But they do respond. They are extremely professional and they stand behind their work."

After a 2 year progressing problem with water in the basement and drainage outside from our sump pump, Dry Tech fixed everything in 3 days at a fair and reasonable cost. "We interviewed several waterproofing companies for installing a French Drain. We are in NE Philly where the water table is so bad. We get water in our basement with nearly every major rainstorm. After 2 storms dumped 7" in 3 hours and another that dumped 4" 2 days later, we'd had enough after 13 years. Ryan came out and did an inspection and showed us what our basement needed and what Dry Tech's installation would do. He answered a lot of questions and did great follow up with us, without being pushy on hiring his company. After meeting with other contractors, we gave them the job. The workers were thorough, courteous and professional. They took all the steps needed to cover and protect our things that were in the basement and cleaned up everything afterwards. The job took 2 days. While I can't YET state how great the drain works, I'm actually looking forward to the next big rainstorm"

"Fast Estimate , had many estimates from other companies and Waterproofing One was the best price for Us , Joe was very confident and knowledgeable and gave Us good suggestions for our leaking basement, the crew that installed the French drain inside were great, install looks very professional. I figured we’d have a mess to clean up after the install understandably. But wow they did an incredible job cleaning up afterwards. Not a speck, they even spent time cleaning off the driveway and front lawn. We have been through one major rain storm since the install and not a drip of water. "The employees that arrived to do the work were good workers. They were either unaware of the contracted work or mislead. They were not going to install the J Channel per the service agreement, and they had planned to backfill the ditch with the earth they had removed. The contract called for the ditch to be filled to surface with gravel. The installers called the office and explained that a J Channel was agreed on and someone from the office delivered it to satisfy my request. They were going to install the J Channel in segments vs one solid piece across the length of the ditch. I told them the segment seems would allow the water to get thru the J Channel and weep thru our foundation once more. They did the work as I requested but had I not been there or had I been a customer that did not know any better, this job would not have been done correctly or as agreed upon in the contract."
