"When your request a service, it important to ask if there is anything else I should know. My dryer wasn't getting hot so I thought I would just need my vent cleaned. Well, come to find out when the vent was clean and after the guy was packing up, he stated that "oh, we do provide a dryer cleaning and we have those packages he also stated "If your dryer doesn't get hot, you ming need a full cleaning of the dryer, where we take it apart" I would have requested that full service, if I would have known about that service. I'm not scheduling another appointment when the guy was already here and could have done everything to get my dryer working.... My suggestion is to ask all the questions possible to make sure you know your options for service. P.S. My dryer still isn't getting hot."

"It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."

"I spoke with Mike and sent a picture of the problem I was having with our thermostat. He assured me that they could handle it while others I spoke with were unsure if they could do it or not. He confirmed for 8:30 the next morning, called me 20 minutes before Dan showed up and did a terrific job. My wife was home with him and said he was professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice. Mark and Nazar were thorough, efficient, speedy, and even flexible with my wife's work from home meeting schedule to do different units in an order that would accommodate us the best. They were respectful, tidy, clean, and paid attention to even the smallest details - like not only wearing shoe covers, but taking the shoe covers off in the hallway when they would move between apartments and then putting them back on when they came into a new apartment. He even contacted Mitsubishi support on my behalf to check warranty coverage and make sure the repair was done properly. He also cleaned everything carefully and left the area in great condition.
