He was extremely professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain what the issue was and how the system works, which I really appreciated. He came twice — first for diagnosis, then to replace the control board of my Mitsubishi heat pump — and handled everything very seriously. He even contacted Mitsubishi support on my behalf to check warranty coverage and make sure the repair was done properly. He also cleaned everything carefully and left the area in great condition. "It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."

"It's so rare to work with such an incredible vendor that I almost forgot what great service looks like. Mark and Nazar were thorough, efficient, speedy, and even flexible with my wife's work from home meeting schedule to do different units in an order that would accommodate us the best. They were respectful, tidy, clean, and paid attention to even the smallest details - like not only wearing shoe covers, but taking the shoe covers off in the hallway when they would move between apartments and then putting them back on when they came into a new apartment. "When your request a service, it important to ask if there is anything else I should know. My dryer wasn't getting hot so I thought I would just need my vent cleaned. Well, come to find out when the vent was clean and after the guy was packing up, he stated that "oh, we do provide a dryer cleaning and we have those packages he also stated "If your dryer doesn't get hot, you ming need a full cleaning of the dryer, where we take it apart" I would have requested that full service, if I would have known about that service. I'm not scheduling another appointment when the guy was already here and could have done everything to get my dryer working.... My suggestion is to ask all the questions possible to make sure you know your options for service. P.S. My dryer still isn't getting hot."

"Have a heat pump split system which stopped working last week. Eugene from Airnizer came and gave us a free estimate. After some diagnostics, he gave me options of how I can proceed. Repair, Replacement, or upgrade. He broke down the cost of each. Ended up going with a condensing unit replacement. Eugene followed up a few days after the visit and he was able to procure the equipment and start work within 2 days. The work was completed in a day and he cleaned up and took the old unit with him. Our split system is back running after he replace the unit and cleaned and purged the lines. We will have heat for the winter. Eugene was very knowledgeable and gave us a fair price. They are ambitious and do great work."
