"It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."

"It's so rare to work with such an incredible vendor that I almost forgot what great service looks like. Mark and Nazar were thorough, efficient, speedy, and even flexible with my wife's work from home meeting schedule to do different units in an order that would accommodate us the best. They were respectful, tidy, clean, and paid attention to even the smallest details - like not only wearing shoe covers, but taking the shoe covers off in the hallway when they would move between apartments and then putting them back on when they came into a new apartment.
