They came when they said they were coming and It took three people to remove and replace the furnace over 2 days in the bitter cold. They were very conscious about cleaning up during and after they completed the installation. The thermostats also needed replacements and we had a problem due to the wiring. However, Mo found a suitable upgraded replacements and installed them as scheduled. (In the meantime the heat was working.) The Heating and Cooling Pros company is an excellent company and I highly recommend them."

I decided to go ahead and let them install it the correct way. Although it cost more than just cleaning out the dryer vent I know that it will made such a difference with the correct installation they performed.
