"Excellent work.  Pacific Stone & Tile kept in touch throughout the entire job--the person in the office who handled the communication was very responsive to questions and scheduling details. The granite is of high quality. The installation is great, so that a seam is barely visible.  When the tiles for the backsplash were the incorrect color (white rather than cream), they removed what had been installed and remedied the mistake (they ordered the correct color and scheduled another date to come out and finish the job).  Very happy with the final results!

We were given two options and chose the cheaper and less invasive one.  Water service disruption was minimal with no impact.  Service was performed over the course of a few hours, as provider had to make a few trips to supply stores to find the right hardware for our 35+year old plumbing fixtures.  She was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. 

The only problem was that even though the faucet was not leaking any more when she had finished, over the course of the next two days the handle loosened and the leaking resumed.  We called her and she came back the next day and tightened the faucet valves which stopped the leak.  It has been over two weeks now with no more leaky faucet.

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! "Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."
