"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"TKO Lawn Service and More was the only company that answered my request. They arrived the same day and gave me an estimate to have the job done. They returned 2 days later and began the tedious job. In 105 degree temperture they toiled throughout the day unBefore leaving I paid them in fulltil one of their weed=eaters broke down because of the tall grass area. They told me that they would return in 2 days to complete the project, that they needed to repair the weed=eater. Before leaving I paid them in full. Sure enough, 2 days later they returned to complete the job, and worked for several hours, agains, in 105 degree temertture. They did an excellent job and I am hiring them for another project in late August. I highly recommend this honest and dependable company."
