We called Tony?s and Tony called back about an hour later. Tony took my calls on his cell and answered all questions that I had about shutting the water heaters down and draining them. As promised, he called the next morning with a quote and Jake was out by 10:30 am to install the new water heaters. Jake was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are so, so satisfied with Tony?s service and relieved to know that we have a plumber that we can trust and rely on."
