"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"The entire team was very proactive, friendly, and professional. Rob and Brian were very good at communicating and addressing my concerns. The answering service were proactive on putting us in touch with the right people. The job it self was done very fast and though we hope not to have issues in the future for sure it will be our first choice to call if ever we need plumping or heating services."

"We were referred to Danny after a search for a handyman in the Woodbridge, New Jersey area to remove window air conditioners and store them for the winter. This was the first time I used Home Advisor and was initially skeptical that I would receive a referral for such a small job. Very shortly after my submission, I received a call from Danny and we arranged an appointment. I was impressed that Danny was also a heating and cooling contractor and would agree to help in this manner. We live in Pennsylvania and the job was to be performed at my in-law's home in a couple of weeks; I was physically unable to do the job myself. Danny and I touched base a week before the job was to be done and again the day before. He was always timely with his responses, either by phone, email, or text. ON the day of the job he was on time, courteous, and respectful of person and property. I would not hesitate to call for his help next spring."

"Joe and his crew came to the house. Installed a new unit outside and a new furnace inside. Very professional. Would definitely recommend!"

"Great!! Mike and Sal did a super job!! Professional, clean and answered all questions!! COVID did not stop Artic from continued service — had unit in stock and business as usual. Will always use them!"

"I must say that Temp control LLC from Woodbridge is one of the best companies around based on my experience with them. I called on a Saturday, Shai came a few hours later, performed the service, explained what the issues were and the next day he called back to ask if everything was doing well. Where do you find service like that? I can say without hesitation that anyone who gives a bad review to this company is either a competitor or someone who wants to damage this company on purpose because you cannot find this type of service anywhere. I had never used Angie's list before, but based on facts, I definitely will going forward. Bella"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
