"I needed to have a new faucet installed in the kitchen since mine was leaking for some time and also needed to have the drain under the sink replaced since I have a double sink and the water backed up when running garbage disposal David came a little earlier than scheduled which I was happy about he went right to work installing new faucet and a new pipe under the sink finished under an hour. "I haven't had my roof replaced yet. I wanted however to give a review on my initial bid consultation with Lance and Scott. I was very happy with their professionalism, friendliness and extensive product knowledge. They were not the "pushy" salesman that we all have encountered at one time or another and that's what made me more relaxed during the consultation. They did an inspection of my roof and attic and had pictures which showed the little bit of damage I had on my roof and attic which they explained. I had questions and spoke to Lance on more than one occasion before I even signed the contract and he was very attentive and answered my questions completely. I have signed the contract and am waiting for a date for my new roof to be installed. I will write a post review at that time."

"I had Mike Guess come to my 100 year old home to give me an estimate for addinging air conditioning to the house and for potentially replacing a 28 year old furnace. I also need a consultation on our old ductwork and he was able to include abatement and new ductwork in the bid. The bid was very competetive and well organized. Mike took the time to explain everything to me and was very responsive to followup questions I sent (many). In the end we used another company. It was not because of anything negative about Sun Glow and Mike Guess. In fact it was a very challenging decision to make. I think we would have been very happy with the work they did for us and way they did the work. If someone is reading this review, I encourage you to consider calling Sun Glow heating and Air Conditioning if you are looking to update your system. PS: I do not have relationship with this company~ I just thought they deserved a positive review for a very positive experience."
