"In the past the shrubs recommend were great and the flowers have bloomed and still pretty. If you tell David what you'd like he will show pictures and tell you if annuals or the perennials. Wanted new shrubs and the old one removed & replaced. Red mulch was out in landscaped area (pretty) and arounds trees. Trash removed and takeaway to discard. I highly recommend Pro Lawn. Employees are very knowledgeable and David responds quickly to calls or request. Rating 5 star from me."

I called the Friday before to find out when they could come, and they agreed to send their workers on Monday. They team arrived on time. The team went to work right away. They spent most of the day on the effort, breaking only for lunch. When they were done, I inspected the ponds. The only thing I had to ask them to do was put a net over the waterfall on one of the ponds. The fish they handled were in good condition after the cleaning. The workers left no debris on the job site. The company sent the bill in a timely manner, listing labor and materials so I would understand the charges. I would happily use them again!"

"John replied quickly to my request on a Saturday, and came out on Sunday to give me an estimate. The work was done well and in the timeframe that was discussed. The price was $1000 less than the other estimate I received for the same job.  I have no complaints over the actual plumbing work that was done, that was A+.
The issue that I had is that the line was run through some landscaping work that was done in front of the house. I have no problem with the fact that the line was run in that manner, it is a straight shot to go through the landscaping. The issue is that a small true and some plants were dug up in the process and no effort was made to replace the landscaping to make it appear as it was before the job. In fact, the plants and tree were basically just thrown to the side of the job, left at the fence.  My girlfriend called and asked if the plants and tree could be replanted and was told that would be taken care of on the next day. It was not, and no additional follow up was made.  I would describe the amount of damage to the landscaping as not insignificant. Again, I would not have an issue with this if effort would have been made to leave the area as it was found.
Again, the plumbing job itself was great, but leaving the landscaping in the state it was left has led me to an overall grade of C.  Had the landscaping been repaired, that grade would be an A.
