"SMS Construction hauled away my old crappy deck and and replaced it with a brand new cedar deck. This was a full service job done to perfection by SMS.  The materials arrived right on time, as did the dumpster to remove the remains of the old deck.  The crew worked very efficiently and did not leave a mess. Some rotten sheathing was discovered under the old ledger board and Scott sent me pictures from his phone which I immediately reviewed and authorized some additional work.  Additional cost for that was minimal and fair.  Final product is very good looking and I can tell that no corners were cut. Over-all a very good value and a carefree experience.

I've had self-employed contractors with chips on their shoulders come and go as they please, not show up when they are supposed to, do incomplete work, etc. Anthony was ALWAYS here when he said he would be, which created more trust in what he said he could do and he actually listened to what I said and treated me with respect (as a woman, huge for me!). He helped make work what I wanted to have done and the work was QUALITY work. No corners were cut, if anything, he went above and beyond. You can truly see the pride in his work. My basement was move-in ready when finished...nothing to clean or pick up. Now, I have more living space and increased value to my home. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough. "Working with Artistic Fence was a great experience.  We needed a fence that could contain a dog that can climb chain link, but didn't want a privacy fence to cut us off from our neighbors.  Amy from Artistic Fence came and looked over our property, talked about our options for our fence, and wrote out a bid right there.  She answered all my questions, and was very helpful and professional.  Their bid came in on the low end of the quotes we got.  Their building timeline was reasonable, even though it was the busy season for new fences, and the folks that came to build the fence where prompt, and impressively efficient.  The fence is exactly what we hoped for, and is beautifully done.  We couldn't be happier with it.

Arrived on site at appointed time. Explained procedure and when there would be loud noise from tools.

Prepared door frame for larger door. Installed new door with lever handles. Periodically updated us on progress.

Took normal break and lunch. Informed us when leaving and when returning.

Finished product was so well done that you could not tell the floor transition to LR from BR wasn't re-done.

The new door and hardware was elegant and, and the rooms in the work area were cleaned of any construction residue.

Work crew was very quiet and polite.

Used this company for ramp (wheelchair) in garage 6 months ago with similar results.

Cady Handyman scheduled one of his service tech to come out the follow morning.
The tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time with a friendly ready to fix our problem attitude.
We have raised nails and screws on our deck that always seem to reappear during winter months.
These raised nails and screws made snow removal just horrible.The Cady tech recommened that we remove many of the bad loose fastners and replaced with a new non-corosive styles of screws.

Amazing and better than expected! Dealing with contractors is not always an enjoyable experience and we are happy to report that Minnesota Construction and Property Management was a treat to work with.

During the initial consultation, Trevor listened to our request to improve our outdoor living space and offered design solutions the other companies hadn't at a price that was more reasonable. It almost seemed too good to be true.

We were tentatively scheduled to begin work on the deck towards the end of May. Thanks to a mild winter and Trevor's excellent time management, they began working on our project at the end of March and finished within a week (and that includes the snow delay and a weekend off)! 

We have the nicest deck in the neighborhood. The crew is polite, hard-working, and detail-oriented. They have pride in their carpentry skills and we are the beneficiaries of their amazing work.

"When they manufactured my first cover they got it wrong, but when I called them about it, they quickly reacted and got me the right one.  They were nice about it, no hassles or anything.   The work they did turned out excellent.  I'd say they do good work; they make a mistake, they fix it. "
