"Contacted Mike after waiting for the original plumber we called to cal back (never heard from him) . My daughter told us about My Guy had plumbed their bathroom. Mike told us he would be in Spokane on the 10th of March and that he could do a laundry room sink install in the afternoon. We sent him pictures of the old sink and the plumbing set up. He arrived as promised with all material in hand and within 4 hours he and his apprentice completed the job. The completed project was far better than we had ever hoped for. They did a total cleanup and removed the old concrete sink and did it all at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend Mike for any plumbing job."

"Very easy to work with. One problem, lines in one panel was cut wrong. The installer called it to my attention. He installed it anyway, so we could use the shower until a new panel could be fabricated. He returned in about 2 weeks and installed the new panel. I am very happy with our new tub. I would definitely hire the again."

"The entire team at Modern Flooring Services was incredibly professional! We appreciate how responsive they were and how smooth the process was with them. We had a very tight timeline after closing on our house to get the new floors installed before we moved. And they finished installation a day early! They were great, making sure that we knew exactly what to expect, what was possible, and communicated what they needed to correct certain issues that they ran into after demolition. And the floors far exceeded our expectations. Our house looks so beautiful and we would recommend Modern Flooring to everyone! Thank you guys!"

"A pro came out assessed the situation advised needs faucet replaced I need to get one and he will come back and install next week ; very satisfied and pleased with the quality of service"

"Spokane Stone Creations filled in when a contractor failed on an insurance claim for a kitchen cabinet tear out and replace. I found Pete and his team to be very responsive and professional. They provided a fair value for the work provided, I would use them again."

"Very well. The sales process was seamless and while product was delayed, we were able to adjust with a similar but available product. Install included laminate, tile and carpet. All of the installation was spectacular. There were some glitches over the course of the project that were not helped by my need to get this done while I was 2200 miles away. But whenever I communicated questions or concerns, they were immediately and appropriately addressed. We will be using them again for kitchen remodeling."

"We were very pleased with ER Renovations. We hired him because he was very responsive to questions and provided the most detailed estimate. We asked for and received an estimated schedule so we knew when to expect contractors, who they would be and what they would be doing. Our remodel touched most areas of the house and included a complete gut and rebuild of the kitchen and master bath. The owner, Ethan, took great pride in producing a high quality product. He had the drywall installers come back twice because he wasn't satisfied with the quality of their work in one area. He was very efficient in moving the work along on schedule. No unpleasant surprises. We would gladly recommend him to family and friends."

"Great communication and professionalism from sales to installation. The sales rep answered all of my questions and the installers were prompt, friendly and when they were finished, the project looked awesome. The install crew cleaned up and left everything looking perfect. Thanks again for the beautiful floor."

"After purchasing a gas dryer at Sears to replace our old one, we were informed that Sears couldn't install it when it was delivered. We were fortunate to get ahold of 1st Response Plumbing; they came when they said they would and easily did the work that Sears couldn't. Derrick was great; we were really happy with the work he did and it was very reasonable as well. We will definitely use them again."
