"It went well. It look maybe a day longer than the initial quoted timeframe. The crawlspace was old (1940 home) and it was full of junk, debris, etc. They cleaned it very well and it looked great. Floor was repaired using high quality design/material, and new beam made a big difference.
They accepted payments 50% and 50% via check and credit card. Eddie was professional and his team took care of business. The price was in the middle of some other quotes I received but he was able to meet my short term timeline.

"They did excellent service work on my home! Not only did they install my flooring but also repaired a piece of subfloor! I highly recommend! The owner is very punctual and professional and all of the needs were met in a timely fashion! Will ABSOLUTELY be hiring again!"

"Donna and Jeff (owners) were hands on supervisors. They both patiently answered lots of questions and provided recommendations and resources out of their scope of business. I felt confident that Jeff and Donna knew their business well and that my best interests were being well served. I feel confident that they will respond quickly to any questions that I may have in the future regarding this project. I would recommend them without any reservation. I felt like I was fairly treated and charged a fair price for their services and the system installed. Stated scheduled was maintained with proposed start and completion dates.

"What an Amazing Company!! I had a Major Plumbing Issue after my son knocked the top off the toilet and busted the pipe that connects the water in to the wall. I got on Angie List and found Free Emergency Plumber.Com and within a half hour they were at my house. Not only did they fix the leak and the pipe for FREE, but the technician was also able to assist me in getting my house dried out (slightly flooded three or four rooms)! "Chad, Carol, and Adam were fantastic. Chad was able to articulate each and every step of the tasks to be accomplished. Carol was meticulous and very conscientious about getting some mold residue abated and the painted. Adam was detail oriented and was patient with our MANY questions concerning the installation of our balcony door. He made several constructive suggestions concerning perfecting the aesthetics both inside and out. We have hired Chad and his team to complete a larger scale job. Chad isn’t trying to make bank on this one job. His economic suggestions to save on each aspect of the job is much appreciated. He WILL work within your state budget and is very honest about his estimates. We look forward to working him on other projects."
