"This was probably my best experience on Angie's List. I woke up and noticed there was no hot water in the house. Went to the basement and noticed the hot water heater was leaking. I called up Advanced Professional Plumbing, told them what was going on and gave them the specs of the hot water heater. 20 minutes later a technician showed up (a very nice guy named Joey). He inspected everything and showed us the cause of the issue. He gave us a few options on what to do and we decided to replace the 75 gallon hot water heater. Within an hour, Joey came back with Sam and they replaced the old water heater with a new one. They were both professional and got the old hot water heater without making a mess and replaced with a new one. After the job was done, Joey tested all the bathrooms out to make sure the pressure was good and we paid and they were on their way. They were fast, efficient, explained everything and it was a great price. You really can't beat that. Your hot water heater breaks down on a Saturday you are not expecting hot water for the rest of the weekend but Advanced Professional Plumbing delivered. I appreciated the office following with me to make sure everything went. Just an overall class business."

"Mr Bill Leacy was very professional, courteous, and punctual. In his first call, he requested a snapshot of the disabled water heater. Then he explained what the project entails, the brand of the water heater he was going to install with warranty information etc; he arrived at our doors with the replacement water heater in less than 2 hours after his first call. "I have a softener that I have had for at least 15 years that I purchased and had installed by Roger and Purely Water. After having the well pump and tank replaced, I had so much iron sediment that the water was brown and I was concerned about clogging the filter to the water softener, so I called Roger. He walked me through what the well company had done to cause the brown water (added chlorine) and what I needed to do to purge it. He thoroughly explained the cause, no one knows more about water than Ron! At the end of the call, I wasn't charged for his advise and was told if I needed him to come out he would be glad to do so. This is the most ethical business I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Please do yourself a favor and contact them for all your water conditioning needs!"

"The line was in the rafters of a high ceiling of the cellar. It led to an outside gas line (for a gas grill hookup) that was capped off at the house. I wanted to replace the valve rather than cap it off. This was a two man job of a plumber, Rob and his assistant. Rob had to get into the window well and work above his head in a very cramped space. This was complicated by having a large porcelain washtub directly under neath it, blocking access. Rob was extremely careful when climbing to get to the valve. They put down a plastic sheet to protect my washer and the sink, and used their ladder to get over to the wall and window well. Rob cut out the valve and put in a new one that is easy to open and close. He had his assistant check the position of the outside outlet as he worked until he adjusted it so the outside outlet was not turned askew. Btw It was raining and his assistant noticed mud on his boots, and asked for a paper towel when we got in the house...he used it to wipe up his footprints from the mud from his shoes as he walked... Rob checked for leaks and found none. They took any of the debris with them, and left everywhere they were spotless. Also, their last job was running longer than anticipated, and they called to let me know even though at least 30 minutes before. It was only about 15 minutes. Well mannered and professional...Could not have been better!

"Repairman, Andrew, came and located the problem. The ignitor had burned out, so the burners would not light. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."
