"Keith was excellent from his first visit to explain what needed to be done on the kitchen drain. Afterwards, I requested a new water heater to be installed. Both were done this morning in a timely manner. Keith is very competent, takes the time to explain everything, and did an excellent job. I also was extremely thankful to Keith this morning as he identified a gas leak that I otherwise would not have known about. Because of Keith I was able to call the gas company and they came out within the hour to address the problem. I highly recommend Keith to anyone needing services. And, if I have any future issues, Keith will be the first person that I will call. He is a wonderful person, and he did an excellent job for me! Thank you Keith!!!"

"Liam and Gavin were both courteous, knowledgeable and very sympathetic to my sister who is under going cancer treatment. After Liam completed his job he made sure that the drainage problem was solved, it wasn't so he immediately called Benjamin Franklin plumbing and they sent out Gavin to clear the drains. "My old water heater went out yesterday and of course leaked water all over. I shut it off and stopped the leaking. Called early this morning looking for someone to install a new one. Jim was actually sent over by another plumber who could not get to my job right away. Jim showed up, looked at the job, we talked about the options and he gave me a bid. Let to get the new water heater. We back in about thirty minutes. He had to make some changes to the water and gas lines. Added shut offs and installed new one. Took the time to explain operation and maintenance of the new one. Cleaned up the work site. Removed all debris and old water heater. I was impressed with his work and his attitude.
