"David fixed my water heater !!!!!!!"

"No problems. I was happy with the service provided. Very professional."

"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

"They have replaced my water tank, water heater, and water pump and Iâ  ve hired them to replace my sewer line"

"They replaced the anode on my water heater. They arrived on time and got the job done for the quoted price. I will definately hire them again."

"Finally! After an overall fiasco with an installation of a water heater, someone who has experience, expertise and business ethics came to fix the issue. Dave identified the problem, installed the temperature regulator on the water heater. Extremely neat, cleaned up, breaded and zip tied dangling wires. Gave a full detailed invoice after his work. Will definitely use him in the future!"

"The plumber was courteous & competent. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again if I needed help."

"From the first communication through work completion, Joe Rinaldi was a consummate professional. A few local companies gave me timelines as much as five weeks out to come and take a look at (quote not repair) my leaking baseboard. I connected with Joe on Monday, and he squeezed is in Thursday evening. He assessed the work on the spot, gave me a very fair quote, and completed the work that day. In addition to his professionalism, he was extremely personable and even gave us tips and guidance on other HVAC projects we have in the works. Needless to say, we will be calling Rinaldi Plumbing Services for any of our needs going forward. Thank you"

"Work was excellent and took less than 2 hours. Charge of $1211.00 is very high and did not include the cost of the water heater."

"JSP Home Services replaced our old Minisplit. It was one of the hottest days of the year, We called scheduled and JSP arrived the next day and completed the install by noon."
