"This wasn’t my first phone call. My first phone call I was greeted by a nice and professional receptionist who made an appointment to get a free estimate. When Ivan called, the first question he asked me was what year my house was built when I explained I wanted old popcorn ceiling removed. I was very impressed since I had read homes built in the 80s were needing to be tested for asbestos prior to popcorn removal and we had that done already. Thankfully our home was asbestos free. The knowledge shown from the first sentence and I was sold! They were on time and finished the same day as we needed. The job was labor intensive and my appreciation and thanks to the two employees who worked hard and did an absolutely amazing job. I’m sorry I did not take any before and after photos. "Damon was great - super friendly and positive energy. I needed duct cleaning done, and he spent a few hours on it then showed me how much dust and gunk was in my ducts that I had been breathing - yuck! He also found some mold in a vent near my water heater and took care of that. Good thing I did since I'm allergic to mold and have been feeling stuffy lately. He also noticed some discolored tile and offered that throw that in as a package deal. I got a good price and I highly recommend AZ Dirt Busters 100% !!!"
