"The installation went well. They put in a smaller unit after checking our square footage and insulation rating in attic and the type of windows we have installed. They said our current unit was larger than what was needed and keeping the same size would end up causing the unit to recycling more (cut on/off), thus causing more wear and tear on unit and electrical costs.  It was our choice as to what size we wanted installed. We went with smaller unit and it works great and saved us $$$ by going down in size.. We were also told if we are not satisfied with the unit within one year, we could change it out for the larger unit.  We had some issues with the cleanup (this was a new crew). I called and they sent a supervisor out and the mess was cleaned up. He also checked the work that was done on the installation.  After having the unit for several weeks they did an follow up call to check to make sure the unit was working properly for us and inspect the unit. Great having the follow up and customer service. This is a great company with excellent service and also looking at saving money for the customer.

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. "The owner was very prompt in getting to us at the designated time. His office was very nice in getting us an appointment for the next day.
He had a gas "sniffer", an expensive piece of equipment that detected leaks in two locations. A gas company person could not locate the leak or would not even admit that there was a leak. The company man did not have the right equipment to detect a leak.
All went smooth and he was gone in 1.5 hours after doing a fine job and checking out the other parts of the stove before leaving.

"I was able to make an appointment quickly. The technician was here early, was very professional, and kept me apprised of his progress throughout. He asked questions when there were decisions to be made. He explained the whole house surge protector to me, which I decided to purchase. He made sure I understood that if it were needed that it would still mean losing electricity to the house (the same as if I didn't have a protector and there was a major electrical surge) - but that large appliances that aren't currently on surge protectors would be safe. Think refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc. All work was performed in a professional manner and he completely cleaned up after his work. Electrical work is expensive, but with On Time Electric I am confident that the work is done properly and to code."

"The plumber showed up on time, very punctual.  Service was fast and the quality is exceptional.  In order to sell my home, the relocation service required some modifications to the plumbing.  I was required to install a water heater expansion tank and two sediment traps on the gas lines to the two HVAC units in the attic.  Pricing was very fair, they charged for time and materials and did not overcharge(be sure to ask for time and materials cost and not a blanket quote, it will be on the high side to protect the company).  Honest, good quality professionals.  What more could you ask for?  I would use them again if I still lived in San Antonio for all my plumbing needs.  I'm not 100% certain on the price, I believe it was $525 for all the work performed.
