"Called on Wednesday 08/17/20 talked with owner Mr. Kamienski. He explained what had to be done and gave me his price over the phone. Said he could come out to do the repairs on Saturday 08/20/20 and was there right on time (actually he was early). When he and his wife arrived they both got right to work. He explained why and what he was doing as they worked. Came prepared to do the job and worked steady until it was completed. Also they were very through in their cleanup. They work very well as a team , each knowing they role in the process. We have had a few heavy rains since the repairs and have had no issues with water leakage. Bill and PJ came out to do the actual work. Nice guys and wasted no time getting started. Laid down sheets to protect the hardwood floor in the foyer as they came in and out. Bill went above and beyond fixing the rod holes and the sealed cracks look like they'll hold forever. The outside sump discharge line looks great and I now have a clean-out for any future maintenance. What I did learn with this project is that I have an entire wall of rod holes that aren't leaking bad yet, but do show sign of water leakage and will need to be fixed. Once I get the energy, I will tear out all the drywall and not hesitate to call Bob again to have his guys come out and do the rest of the rod holes."
