Our second specialty is kitchen remodeling during the winter months. From 3D design to completion, we have the attention to detail needed for a successful project. "Ray submitted a very detailed proposal including city permit which my son who is an architect was impressed. He suggested to reuse some joists and rail to save my money. He arrived at 8:30 am and left 4:30 pm for 3 weeks even on rainy days and he put so much care as if he was creating an art work. When the city inspector came, he signed right away. I am very pleased as it will last almost forever. He waterproofed almost every piece which you can not expect from other contractors."

"If I could do minus on the stars I would give a -5 stars. This company is horrible and Skylar Jump is rude beyond beleif. He came out and did the bid for the job, and he told me what it would cost me. 1/2 down and the other 1/2 upon completion of the job. They installed new drywall but did not make it flush at the corners, leaving big gaps and putting in large gouges. He and his crew left garbage all over the yard, stole materials and left my house compromised and exposed to the elements. Also damaged some of my vintage furniture from the Hoquiam Castle. So no replacing those. He was calling me and his crew inappropriate names and telling me that I don't listen, constantly interrupting me and told me that my family member who is an expert in siding doesn't know anything and started dising people. Also will not give you a receipt for money paid and will not give you a break down of the job. Also, when picking up materials from Home Depot, he will charge materials for another job onto your account. Do not hire this company unless you want to punish yourself and lose your money."

The team at Millions custom landscaping has over 60 years combined leadership experience. We do all phases of landscape installations. From drains, Irrigation,lawns, flower bed, water features, night lighting, rock walls, block walls, and Patios to mention a few. We also install decks, and fences.
"James Millions presented himself as a General Contractor that would take on the full project. We specifically told him we were looking for one contractor to fulfill every trade - even if that meant subcontracting out. In the end, that's not what happened. They sent us emails, "we don't have anyone to do that - sorry about that". Their communication was lacking - pretty much only email - a day or so later. Several times, they were on vacation and not reachable by us or their crew that was onsite. The site crew was fantastic. The site lead did everything he could to get the project completed, to best of his crew's ability. In the end, we had to manage the project by finding many other trades people to finish the job. What was supposed to be a small project, has been delayed because James' oversold his ability/desire to be the General Contractor of our job."
