"I called Rescue Rooter to come out and clear out a blockage in my sewer line. Chad and Albert came out quickly and got to work. They also put a camera down into the sewer line and had me watch as they went through the line. I saw the various problems in our one hundred year old sewer line. They spent a good deal of time examining the sewer line and also identifying the spot where it becomes a shared line with our neighbor. They presented a number of options of how to repair the deteriorating sewer line along with the different prices for that work. "We were in a jam. We are attempting to buy our first home. We had our inspection scheduled and on the morning of, we learned of a potential plumbing issue. There was a report filed with the city stating that a couple of years ago there was some kind of sewer back up. This house is old, so I wanted to make sure we weren't signing up for any potential problems. I called around to local plumbers in the area. NONE of them were able to accommodate our need on this shortened time frame. I got Zach's number from a contractor friend of mine and in a last ditch effort gave him a call. Unlike some of the other plumbers I'd spoken with, Zach validated my concerns and informed me that he would recommend that I have my system inspected. He also took the time to explain and answer questions about potential upgrades as my partner wants to upgrade the hot water tank. He outlined different product options and explained with great knowledge and detail the differences between the products. I would highly recommend this company. If we get the home we will definitely be having this company come back and preform the necessary work that is needed for our new home."

"What I thought was a simple clogged shower drain turned into much more after having Pipers Drain come out and access the problem. Patrick came out on a Sunday and found out that tree roots had clogged and damaged my pipe that took the waste water to the sewer. He explained the whole process to repair the pipe and also check the rest of my pipes with his camera. His team came out the next week to excavate part of the driveway to reach the broken pipe. The workers arrived on time, were considerate and cleaned up the area before they left. Patrick returned to view the rest of the pipes and found that some of them had channel rot from tree roots which compromised the pipes. Luckily, the damaged pipes were salvageable and a liner was installed in about 25 feet of pipe. "We have a large silver maple tree and the roots get into our sewer and our neighbors. We've had Seattle Select out almost every year since we bought our house, and each time they responded promptly and put in the time necessary to clean out our sewer drain with hydrojetting. 
This time when they scoped it they discovered that the pipe collapsed, and after checking with us for the additional work immediately started excavating. Each step of they way they communicated "early and often." When they got down to the pipe they put in a temporary repair promptly so that we could use our water the next day. Then they returned to remove roots from several other breaks in the pipe and finally to put the trenchless liner which saved us the cost of another excavation at the other end of the pipe.
At one point midway, they communicated with us that they had another customer with an emergency, and took a 1 day break in order to take care of that customer, leaving us with a usable sewer system. They gave us a nice discount for this consideration which I appreciate, and communicated clearly and promptly both before and after.
