Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

They always do an excellent job for me and something just as important, I feel I can trust them to give me an honest answer when they come out to do a job for me. Had them out to do clean a slow drain that had been this way for some time.
