I had major foundation repair work completed by EagleLift (now part of Groundworks) in 2023. The project included underpinning the perimeter foundation with more than 20 push piers and replacing approximately 50 crawl-space posts. Problems began on day one. Even after this costly repair, several areas of the house remained unlevel. EagleLift attempted to correct the issue but was unable to do so. They did a good job explaining and triple checked for leaks before they left. Of course they tried to upsell and gave us a metal trap they did not quote us upfront for. We would have chosen it over plastic, but price difference would need to be cleared upfront. That's the only negative. Otherwise, thus far we are very happy with the result.
