He educated me about how the sewage is set up and how he was going to use a "minor" snake to unclog the pipes that move the garbage from the kitchen. I watched him as he worked and appeared to know what he was doing. He finished the job promptly and showed me how the pipe-line was clogged by grease and fat with his camera. He did an excellent job!"

During the follow-up visit, we discovered the water heater had not been turned back on after service. Once it was turned on, it began making very loud banging sounds. I was also concerned that very little sediment seemed to come out during the flush. What further bothered me was that after the immediate issue was addressed, the conversation shifted toward upselling additional services, which felt inappropriate under the circumstances.
