"Great communication from the company. Alex was the project manager and he was pleasant, polite, on time. He explained the process and continued to communicate throughout the time they were here until the job was done. Alex, Marcus and Dylan did an excellent job during the whole work effort and put everything that has to be moved back into place."

"Job was reasonably priced and done well. I wouldn’t recommend getting the silicone type grout done if you’re looking for a natural finish, it only comes in a very light grey and although it works well it doesn’t match old concrete "

"Exceptional Septic Service! Nico and Greg were on time and efficient. They had to locate and uncover my tank in extremely rocky soil. They pumped, cleaned, inspected, and tested the flushes. Great Job! Don"

"Matt was fabulous. I highly recommend him and his company. I never had the house power washed before and I will continue having it done through Matt every year. The house looks new. I had rust on vinyl siding I could never get out myself and he got every bit of it. I love the look of my house after he did it. I am very very pleased. The price was very very good and Matt was on time and extremely knowledgeable of what chemicals to use on the house. I am very satisfied with his work. He returns your calls promptly and shows up when he says. He takes pride in his work and won’t leave until you are happy and he is happy with his work. Very friendly and thank you Matt for doing a job that exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend your work. Thank you."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Reese, MI

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
