"It turned out I didn’t need them, but they were so helpful letting me know what I could do about the water damaged spot in the ceiling"

"Excellent experience getting water damage repaired."

"Grey Wolfe provided excellent service repairing damage caused by a plumbing leak. Upstairs bathroom, bedroom, hallway, as well as downstairs walls, carpet and wood floors all needed replacement/repairs. Grey Wolfe negotiated with the insurance company to ensure all repairs were covered. They are very professional and responsive. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the finished work, as well as my dealings with them. I've already requested a quote for the next project."

"I recently hired Green State. We had an upstairs pipe break. Needless to say there was water everywhere. Obviously it turned into a chaotic experience. I called called Green State and actually had a human answer the phone. In short order they had two trucks at our house. They dealt with the flooded main floor quickly and came up with a longer turn plan to remodel our downstairs. They tackled our job quickly and minimized an already stressful moment in our life. I highly recommend Alex and his team."

"Tracy got the job done well. He was patient to discuss the repair plan. He also helped me with dealing with the insurance company. All in all, excellence service!"

"As far as I can tell they did a good job of removing the mold and drying out the area, but I can only see the above floor part not the crawl space. They did not remove the damaged, moldy siding on the exterior, but I believe they wanted me & my homeowners insurance to make an overall plan to do that part of the remediation before removing part of my siding. They could have provided more information in advance on how the process would go rather than spending so much effort 'making the sale.' Better communication and punctuality would have been appreciated. I don't know that cost of the service yet; I paid them $1000, which is my insurance deductible, and they submitted the rest of the bill to my insurance. I don't know yet if all will be covered."

"They had dehumidifier the to stop water damage and help make for insurance claim for demolition . Most importantly they could not do any work until the did an asbestos test.Because it came back positive SO they could not do the demolition. They refer Thermotech to do the removal of the asbestos. And we now have a completely gutted to the sub floor."

"Outstanding service and my tech guy Wilson was a complete pro. Explained everything and was very helpful. Would suggest their work to anyone!"

"The project went as expected for my 1969 built condo. The team was able to complete the asbestos removal in 3 days for 1000+ sqft popcorn ceilings. Some of the ceiling was high and difficult to reach. The team were able to finish the work efficiently without any issue. One thing you should keep in mind that the dry wall will damaged and need to be repaired and repainted. That is expected and not included in the removal contract."
