"These guys busted our water line, flooded our house, lined half of the sewer line they said they were going to which left us with a continually clogging sewer line (just cleared it again the other day). They DIDN'T refund us anything or pay for any damages and insisted they did a good job. We brought the matter to small claims, won a judgement and they're still not paying.
