"My water heater died last week. I went on Home Advisor and received a number of calls. One from George at Stream Water Heaters. We discussed my problem. George requested Photos of the heater and the area around the heater. Within 30mins I received an estimate. The price was totally reasonable for equipment and install. The water heater from a well known company and carried a better than good warranty. I received an install time of 6pm next day. The team remved the old water heater, replaced an obsolete valve, and installed the new water heater. I had numerous questions. All my questions were answered in the most courteous manner. The professionalism, expertise, and timeliness of George's Team were exceptional. Highly recommend this company."

"The Seatown team did a great job. I got quotes from 3 different recommended plumbing services, but the Seatown guys were the only ones who recognized we would need to upgrade our gas meter. They did a great job explaining how to get this scheduled with PSE. The estimate Seatown gave was on par with some of the other plumbers, so we went with them. They sent 2 service people to come and install the tankless and the guys were just excellent. I expressed concern about mounting the water heater on the beams in our basement because Our house is so old, so they came up with a better solution. They built a small wall frame to mount the water heater. No extra cost. When they found there was no outlet wired near the heater they were able to get an electrician from Seatown to come out and wire one up while they worked on the water heater install. Seatown aldo had a good scheduling method, sent text reminders the day they were coming to do the work with a photo of the person who was coming and a short set of info about the person. It was a nice touch, and a thoughtful safety measure. They did a great job with the install which took several hours. I’d definitely hire them again."

"Jordan from JAC was a tremendous help and we could not be happier with our service. He responded very quickly to our call and was able to come out the very next day. We were having trouble with our water heater and he was able to diagnose the problem and help us explore our options. We ended up replacing the unit and Jordan was able to help us find the right unit for our needs. He installed the new heater quickly and cleanly and was able to take the old one away for us. He explained the settings on the new heater to us and was quick to respond to a call when we had a follow-up question. The heater has worked perfectly since and we are very glad we found Jordan. He will be our first call for any plumbing needs in the future. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a very pleasant person to deal with. Some service people in the past have made us feel stupid or like we are inconveniencing them by hiring them. Jordan was very nice and seemed genuinely happy to help us out. "

"Texted several contractors what the hot water tank reolacement job entailed. Asked just for a quote, not a site visit and then they could quote. Nathan was the first to respond with a decent quote and could do the job that afternoon. We agreed on contract over the phone. George shows up. Takes him about 2.5 hours to do the job. Cleaned up work area befire he left. Invoice was about $100 dollars higher than original quote because I had asked for an additional part to be installed. I paid it because service and delivery was exceptional."
