Comfy HVAC is an owner operated, Oregon licensed heating and cooling company in Clackamas (CCB #223103). We install, repair, and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini splits for homes. We service light commercial and low rise buildings, including rooftop unit (RTU) maintenance, repair, and replacement. Our repair first policy is the reason the company exists. We fix what can be fixed, and we only recommend replacement when the numbers support it. Before any work begins you see photos of what we found, your options, and an honest quote for each. The number you approve is the number you pay. We are BBB Accredited with an A+ rating, a five-star rated contractor on Google, and an Energy Trust of Oregon trade ally.

"I was asking for bids for a company to repair our AC. Wolcott came out, under the pretense of looking over things, and then charged me $97 for the service call. I paid for the service, since the technician did some work. At the end, he gave me a run down of the problems and said he would come back with his supervisor to bid out the rest of the work. I never heard from them again and my AC continues to not work properly. Won't be hiring them again."

We pride ourselves on being the source for all of your HVAC needs. We not only design mechanical systems, we install residential and light commercial new units, and can retrofit and upgrade your older unit as well. Whether you need to replace a furnace, single rooftop unit, ductwork or a total system upgrade, Andersen Heating, Inc., has the experience and capabilities to provide the right solution for you.

"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"Everyone at Comfort Solutions was great, from office support to technicians, and they showed up wearing masks. They worked during the aftermath of a winter snow & ice storm, likely a busy time for them, to get my heat up and running after a power surge blew my HVAC power supply, and charged me a reasonable fee for the service. They were even open to working with a home equity loan company I recommended to help me manage costs. They are my go-to HVAC service providers from here on in. Special shout out to service technician Paul for carefully rechecking the repair diagnosis before starting on repairs which cut the cost by more than 50%."

"Repaired our air conditioner - explained why it needed to be repaired"

"J&M got us on the books for service within a few days. When the technicians came out to clean our dryer vents, they were timely. While they were here, they were fast, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely recommend that you consider them for your future services."
