"I Purchased a new opener on a whim when I came across it on a Black Friday sale at local box store. My current 20+ year old Stanley still worked fine but... After a few weeks with it sitting in garage I went on to Angie's list just to see if I could find out how much it was going to cost to have a pro install it. Another outfit called to see if I needed an estimate and when I told them Ponderosa Garage Doors was already here and doing they job they told me I was in good hands, that Ponderosa were top notch pros! Teal completed the job excellently, programmed all my remotes and keypad and explained everything I needed to know. He even took the time to program the built in opener in our Cadillac that I had been unable to figure out how to pair with old opener. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys nor do I think you should have any concerns about their work."

"The service went really well. I called on an early Saturday afternoon, and my assigned tech arrived just a few hours later. Talk about fast service! Hunter confirmed that indeed one of my springs had broken. He did a thorough check on all aspects of my garage door, and he gave me a list of three possible avenues for repair--no pressure. An hour or so later, he had replaced my spring and it was up in working order. I had also asked him about fixing the seal on the bottom of my garage door. I know from experience that some garage people don't do this kind of work. A guy from another company had said, "It's really easy...you just pull it out and slide the new one in...but we don't do that." I had tried to fix it myself years ago to no avail, kicking myself for not being able to do this "easy" repair. It turned out that it wasn't so easy. Hunter looked at it and said, "I could pull this out and replace it, but it wouldn't hold." Precision had to order a new metal seal holder since my door is a bit older. I got a call on Monday telling me that their supplier was four weeks out with the Covid pandemic, but that they could do it. So I told them to go ahead. I am really happy to finally get this fixed, and I look forward to working with Precision again in a couple more weeks!"

While the door supplier messed up on the window tint and window placement on one of the panels, Ben had it covered immediately-already on the phone with a fix in place. John arrived on time and listened to our concerns and suggested to tune-up or replace. We considered replacing “down the road.” John happily oiled our tracks, adjusted the springs and gave us new door info. Almost a year later, we called John to replaced our garage door, all hardware and a new Lock Master 8500 garage door opener that uses a deadbolt for added security. John arrived on-time, installed exactly as promised and said that he would come back in about a year to ensure all is working properly. If we have any questions or concerns, to give him a call. "I don't usually write reviews online, but in this situation I cannot help myself. I was blown away by Mark's responsiveness and work ethic. I venture to say that Mark is faster, smarter, more efficient, and more detail-oriented than most any contractor. I was in a desperate situation (had to fire another contractor for unfortunate reasons and NEEDED our only tub replaced and bathroom tiled so my fiancé could use it to recover from surgery in a few days). Mark problem-solved quickly, told me to buy a new tub, and came over Friday at 5 after his regular work day to help me get the tub replaced in under 2 hours. After asking his wife first (classy), he offered to work over the weekend to get the job done. We worked side by side to knock out the bathroom in 2 very long days.
