"Stan and his crews did an outstanding job. He is very detailed oriented and takes a lot of pride in his work. He is a true craftsman and a gentleman. We definitely will be using him again & would recommend him to all of our friends and family."

"There are few words to describe how pleased my wife and I were with the
work that Jay Bemis at Timeless Construction did on our recent remodel
and addition which took place in 2015- 2016.  After interviewing several
contractors we chose to work with Jay.  It was clear to me from our
first meeting - he had the ability and experience to do the job.

Our project was large in scale ($600,000 + ) technical, complicated, and
very challenging with many moving parts.   The addition of nearly 1000
sq feet to our home required the complete removal of our roof  and
rebuilding of much of the existing structure.  In addition, we did a
complete kitchen renovation, outside deck, new roof, and a concrete
patio.  Jay was responsible for all phases of the project; from
excavation, foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, A/V etc., to the
finish work.  We were extremely happy with his eye for detail and
quality of workmanship.

This was true, not only for himself and his crew, but for all his subcontractors.
His crew and his subcontractors were on the job site and - on time - everyday, respectful
of my home, my family and our needs as we lived in our home as the
renovation and construction took place over 15 months.  This being my
5th remodeling experience - working with such a crew was a pleasure!

I found Jay?s pricing to be more than competitive and his input and
options to be rock solid.  He was easy to work and his constant
communication on the project was refreshing.  He was on the job site or
involved with the work underway on a daily basis.

It is without hesitation that I would recommend Jay Bemis to anyone considering a
construction or renovation project; you simply can not do better."

"I got 3 bids on painting the interior of my home - all where wildly outrageous - Val cam in with a reasonable bid and did exceptional work. This was the best contractor experience I’ve ever had."

"Dave was very professional and efficient, making sure that the window through which the electrical cord for the drill had to go was sealed off so the cats couldn't escape. He made sure also that everything was cleaned up afterwards.
I am so happy with the work and Dave made my first foray into homeowner upgrades an enjoyable and pleasant experience.
I look forward to a continuing business relationship as and when new projects come up in my home.
Thanks, Dave."

"I don't usually write reviews online, but in this situation I cannot help myself. I was blown away by Mark's responsiveness and work ethic. I venture to say that Mark is faster, smarter, more efficient, and more detail-oriented than most any contractor. I was in a desperate situation (had to fire another contractor for unfortunate reasons and NEEDED our only tub replaced and bathroom tiled so my fiancé could use it to recover from surgery in a few days). Mark problem-solved quickly, told me to buy a new tub, and came over Friday at 5 after his regular work day to help me get the tub replaced in under 2 hours. After asking his wife first (classy), he offered to work over the weekend to get the job done. We worked side by side to knock out the bathroom in 2 very long days. Being a new home owner, I was jazzed to learn how to tile and Mark was an excellent leader and teacher. Honestly, I could go on and on. This guy is for real. He's professional, skilled, and efficient as all get out. I'm sure he isn't perfect, but I think you'd be very hard pressed to find a better skilled or more enjoyable contractor in the area. "

"Eugene and his team were fabulous! I cannot recommend them enough. He and his team was extremely punctual, really well priced and very professional. Eugene always called to discuss options as each possibility presented itself. I appreciated that he asked questions and that when he called with questions, he always suggested solutions. I am a professional Interior Designer and have worked with many sub-par contractors and can honestly say these guys are top notch!"

"both jobs fixed, working fine"

"After getting three bids we went with Clear Vision Construction. On every touch (bid, scheduling, project duration, and follow-up) they were top notch. They got us on the schedule fast, finished the job quickly and took an extreme amount of care doing it. What really impressed me was the attention to detail. They made sure everything, down to the last staple was picked up (we have dogs and that was important to me). The design of our old roof didn't shed water away as efficiently, they took the initiative to correct the problem. They made sure every possible point of water penetration was secured. I could go on and on. If you are looking for a great company to put your roof on, look no further, in fact, look at the majority of the review here, it tells the story better than I can. I will say this, we will have them back for a few more projects shortly. Thanks again CVC for a very well done job."
