"It took a while to get a date set up (Eliseo is a busy man, a good sign), but once that was firmed up he showed up as planned. He is methodical, thorough, polite, and conscientious. He did not try to hurry anything, even if it meant just hanging out in his truck for quite a while just waiting for things to dry; he knows that some things just take time. In our case, high humidity in the weather meant he had to come back the following day to do the final texturing and priming, which was nicely done. His cleanup was thorough, once he was gone you would not have known he had been there except for the wall patch. My wife and I both found him amiable and trustworthy. Recommended."

"the work went well except the final day the workers said they would be there and did not show up. we ended up cancelling them for the final details and finished it ourselves. I was disappointed because they did a good job, but the owner was not to blame, the worker on staff did not keep the commitment or call/text to let us know. would hire again for sure"

"Everything went well.  Arrived on time, performed the inspection and reported that we had a sturdy foundation; a few minor cracks but nothing that needed to be addressed.  No leaking or water damage discovered.  This professional business man was sincere and caring and did not recommend unnecessary work or turn this Angie's List "Big Deal" into a bigger deal!  I recommend Ethereal highly to anyone in need of his expertise!  If the need arises, we will certainly seek out the assistance of Ethereal Elements again!

The whole project went great.  I worried that Lee would not know how to get the "patterns" replicated again and the repair would look like a repair.  All the repairs cannot be seen, whether in a patterned area or not.  Lee replicated all the different textures around the cracks and no one would ever know there was a crack there.

We were very impressed and will use Lee again.  This was the outcome we had hoped for.

"Jesus did a fabulous job in my kitchen. He was punctual, efficient, professional, and did a wonderful job cleaning up at the end. I have had three drywall jobs done in the last year or so by different vendors, and his was by far the best. His install was top notch. Don't hesitate to hire him. It's also worth noting that his english proficiency was more than adequate. Ignore those other criticisms in the other reviews."

"We met with Kyle Witham to discuss our roof replacement, he was very thorough and answered all questions. Kyle was also very helpful once the project was scheduled and helped to ensure that everything went smoothly. The project itself was performed professionally and looks great."

"For both houses, Ken has someone came to power wash the house.  The power wash guy did an OK job and miss some areas that I need to clean it myself.
Rental: Ken's crew came early in the morning and got to work quickly.  They caulked and painted the house in one day.  They also  scrape loose/peel paint then prime those bare wood.  They applied two coating of paint and the paint look nice and thick.  Overall a nice paint job and they cleanup well.
Primary: same comment as the rental + I got some tree branches that is touching the house siding/gutters.  I cut/trim what I can, but a few branches was way up high, Ken's crew was kind enough to cut those for me.  My two kids (7 & 10 yrs old) were so excited and were outside most of the time watching them work.  They ask Ken's crew (Scott) many questions and Scott was nice enough to explain things to them.  Nice and kind people to work with.

"Fine Finish Remodeling lives up to their name. They do not settle for "good enough," they make it look great!  Our new kitchen looks fabulous, and the office is an excellent upgrade from what we had. They were able to suggest a number of improvements that took the remodel up to the next level, both in looks and in functionality.  They worked with us at every step, communication was thorough and frequent, and if an idea we had could not be implemented, the discussion was gentle but frank and clear. They stayed within budget. Change orders were discussed fully, including any additional cost, before we moved forward (or not). Also, they clean up at the end of every work day.  There's no escaping dust and clutter during a large remodel, but they kept the disruption and mess to an absolute minimum, and that minimized our stress.
This project extended over the Christmas holidays, and they went way out of their way, on Christmas week, to ensure that we had a functional kitchen, so that we could cook Christmas dinner for our family.
But my absolute favorite thing is the archway, between dining room and living room.  The existing arch was bland and boring.  I found a picture of a wonderful archway on Houzz.com, and from the picture alone, they were able to re-size it and build it into the house so that it looked as it it had always been there.
In fact, after the work was complete, one of our first visitors was someone who had never been to our home before.  She said, "I love your home. This old farmhouse, with all this gorgeous original woodwork, is just beautiful!"  Well  the "beautiful
original woodwork" had been installed by Fine Finish remodeling 2 weeks before she saw it! Score!!

"They got the extremely difficult marble cuts completed that I could not.  However, your ad states contract work including tile.  Owner (Shawn), stated that tile was not a part of this package.  They went ahead and performed the work anyways.  I was told by one of their PM's Zack via voicemail that "generally factor 20% material waste when cutting tile".  Over 40% was wasted and cuts were extremely chipped, as if pushing the tile through blade too fast.  I've cut enough marble tile to know.  Overall, for a company with a good rating on Angie's List, quality was not up to par, all else was at a C or above.  I would probably just try and finish the job myself next time and avoid SL Green.
